  • Note-taking and journaling capabilities.

3. Educational and Information Purpose Only

DamnGoodTrade is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Your past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DamnGoodTrade may offer "Founders' Edition" lifetime access or other subscription models. Payments are handled via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in the refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
  • Scrape data or use automated systems to access the service without permission.
  • Share your account with multiple users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DamnGoodTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including trading losses), whether incurred directly or indirectly.
